Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

You have the complete liberty to cancel any order until it is shipped from our end. After shipping, the order is not subjected to cancellation.

Contact us at  support@cloudgarment.com or +91 8335936090 to request a cancellation for your orders if direct cancellation button doesn’t work .

The customer must understand the cancellation policy of Cotlin and it must be accepted by them before making their purchase.

Returns

In these circumtances we demand 360 degree video proof of recived package unboxing and the valuables. The video proof must be sent by email to support@cloudgarment.com within 48 hours after receving the product.

Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of an incorrect item.

If you got a damaged product or a wrong product, you can exchange your order for a fresh one. Exchanges are applicable for up to 5 days.

Your return request should be sent by email to support@cloudgarment.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Requests sent after 48 hours of delivery of parcel will not be eligible for returns.

If you receive your order in a parcel and packaging that appears to have been tampered with, damaged, or is in an unsealed condition, you are advised not to accept such a parcel and not open the package. Kindly immediately get in touch with us at support@cloudgarment.com or WhatsApp +91 8335936090. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrived damaged, you need to email us a photo of the damaged packaging along with the return request.

The product being returned/exchanged must be in its original unused condition and sent along with the original bill and tags intact.

Exchanges

Any product that has been opened, unfolded, or tried on will not be exchanged.
